How it works
How Roof Repair Line works
Roof Repair Line is a referral service. It helps homeowners with urgent residential roof problems reach independent roofing companies by phone. Here’s exactly who does what.
No number is listed yet. Once the phone line is active, you’ll be able to call from this page to be connected with an independent roofer who serves your area.
Roles
Who does what
Three parties are involved when the phone line is active.
Roof Repair Line
- Publishes information to help homeowners understand roof problems and stay safe
- Displays a phone number for reaching participating roofing companies
- Does not inspect, quote, schedule, or repair roofs
- Does not employ roofers or supervise their work
The call-routing service
- A third-party phone platform handles calls to the number
- It directs calls to participating independent roofing companies, when one is available
- Availability depends on location, time, and which companies are taking calls
The independent roofer
- Talks with you about the problem and arranges any visit
- Inspects the roof and explains findings and options
- Sets prices, provides estimates and contracts, and does any work you agree to
- Is responsible for its licensing, insurance, and workmanship
The call
What happens when you call
You call the number on the site
Calls go through the call-routing service.
Your call is routed
If a participating roofing company is available for your area, your call is connected to that company.
You talk with the roofing company directly
Describe the problem, ask about timing and how they work, and decide whether to schedule a visit.
There’s no guarantee that a company will be available, how quickly anyone can come out, or the outcome of any work. If no one is available, you’re free to contact any roofer you choose.

Does it cost anything?
There’s no charge to you for the referral. Roof Repair Line may be paid by participating companies or partners for calls. If you hire a roofer, you pay that company directly at a price you agree on with them.
You stay in control
- You’re never obligated to hire the company you’re connected with
- Ask for a written scope of work, price, and contract before work begins
- Verify the contractor’s license and insurance where your state or city requires it
- Read the hiring tips before signing anything after a storm
Scope
What this service covers
Residential roofs only. Commercial buildings, gutters, siding, and roof cleaning aren’t covered.
